Apples in banana bread??? YES. YES. OH, HECK YEA!!!

I actually made this when I first got the book back in April and I made it a few more times after that. Joy of
Hot Oven, Warm Heart chose Banana Apple Bread for today's Sweet Melissa Sundays, and the recipe can be found on her blog. I think what makes this a
FANTASTIC banana bread is the addition of
brown sugar & cinnamon apples!

I used my mini loaf pan to make 8 lil loaves, after baking for only 30 minutes.

Great choice, Joy --- this is one of my family's favorite Sweet Melissa recipes. Be sure to check out the
other SMS bakers for their creations.

Great mini loaves, look so cute and yummy
Hi Karen!
Thank you so much for baking along with me this week! I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed the recipe! And Oh my goodness, that first picture of the cinnamon apple chunk MADE MY MOUTH WATER. Beautiful! I love you mini loaves- they're absolutely adorable. Do you mind if I ask about how long they took in the oven? I'm always afraid to adapt a recipe to a different pan size, with fear that I'm not 100% sure about the right timing! If you could share that piece of info with me, I'd really appreciate it :)
I hope you’re doing well- have a great start to your week! Hope to hear from you again soon!
What a cute pan! Your little minis looks wonderful.
