Sorry for the short and picture-less post.
Debbie of Every Day Blessings of The Five Dee’s chose this Sunday's recipe. Please head over to her blog for the recipe. I actually made these last weekend in between baking birthday cupcakes and the MSC Pumpkin cupcakes. I never had a chance to take a photo of the cookies. I used the leftover canned pumpkin and cream cheese frosting from the MSC cupcakes. These were fun & easy to make but I thought these were just ok... i liked the cupcakes better (see the post below).

Im glad you enjoyed the cookies.. I thought this recipe was great and the cookies were very yummy!
I think they were good too. I was looking for more spice in the taste though.
I love all things pumpkin - and these have been getting rave reviews this morning. Maybe they just need more spice?
Sometimes it's hard to fit it all in, isn't it? I've had a couple of things that were gone before I realized I didn't have a picture!
I agree, these were just okay. I wouldn't make them again.
Too bad they weren't a big hit with you, but at least you tried them.
I really liked the texture of these cookie cakes but I think I enjoyed the cupcakes more too. Glad you tried them even if they weren't a favorite!
WoW! You were ahead of schedule and this week I was so behind. Sorry the cookies were not a hit but maybe next week will make up for it =)
Should have put them in a cupcake liner and made cupcakes with it!
I agree though, the cupcakes tasted better than these cookies, although both enjoyable.
Good summary of these! The cupcakes below look awesome, I will have to try those one day.
I didn't get to make these cookie cakes but did enjoy the cupcakes a whole lot.
Sorry you didn't enjoy them. I'll have to try those cupcakes (when I get around to buying the book). Everyone gave them such great reviews.
I think I'm going to have to try the cupcakes now! A few people said they liked the cupcakes better.
Aw, sorry these weren't a big hit for you. At least you were able to use up some leftovers, so it wasn't a total waste!
