It was a great choice, Karen. I bit the bullet and bought the big box of non fat milk powder, too. But now I know that I will be making this ice cream a lot this summer! And the hot fudge?? YUM!

@ Memoria: i think the cognac gives it a richer flavor. the alcohol burns off with heat so the fudge isnt very alcoholic.
